7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes

All course materials, videos, lesson text, branding, design assets, and site content are owned by Sapiente Education or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited license
Subject to these Terms and your purchase, Sapiente Education grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased content for personal, non-commercial educational use.
You may not:
- Share login credentials or grant access to others
- Record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display paid content
- Create derivative works from paid content, except where explicitly allowed
8.3 User submissions
If you submit content (e.g., assignments, messages), you retain ownership. You grant Sapiente Education a license to use that content solely to operate and provide the Services (e.g., delivering feedback, improving teaching quality, handling support).
9. Certificates and outcomes
Any certificate or completion badge reflects participation and/or completion as defined by the specific course or program. Sapiente Education does not guarantee specific outcomes such as university admission, employment, funding, or academic results.
10. Third-party services
The Services may rely on third-party tools (e.g., hosting, video streaming, payments, analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapiente Education will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
In any case, Sapiente Education’s total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Sapiente Education for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Services (in whole or in part)
Termination may not entitle you to a refund, except as required by law or as stated in the Refund Policy.
